Assassin's Creed Black Flag Remake could be in development

The developers of Skull and Bones would have been reassigned to the project at the end of last year.

The rumours that started last year about a remake of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, by all indications, are true. An internet user noticed and Insider Gaming reported a post on the LinkedIn profile of a developer who worked on Skull & Bones and revealed their transfer to an unannounced AC project at the end of last year.

Seems like development on the Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag remake has started late last year.
Developers from the Skull and Bones & Assassin's Creed team inside Ubisoft Singapore have moved to an 'Unannounced Assassin's Creed Project' in September 2023.

Well, the information aligns exactly with what Kotaku revealed last year, that ubisoft Singapore would be starting the development of an updated version of the famous Assassin’s Creed game focused on naval battles.

However, it’s worth noting that everything is still in the realm of seculation for now. Ubisoft has not officially announced that they are working on the game.
