Elden Ring DLC "It will still take a while"

It´s been some time since we had news on the new expansion for Elden Ring, Shadow of the Erdtree, it received good and bad news.

In an interview given to the Game Watch portal, the producer of the soulslike, Yasuhiro Kitao, revealed that the development of the new content is progressing well, but unfortunately, it is expected to take some time before it is officially released.

“It´s still going to take some time, but progress is going well. Just like ‘Bloodborne’, there will be new battles and new characters, so please look forward to new things,” said Kitao.

Released in February 2022, Elden Ring became the best-selling game of the year, reaching 20.5 million copies by the end of March 2023. One year after the arrivel, FromSoftware announced in February of this year the game’s first major DLC, with little known so far about the new content that is to come.
