Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree gains EPIC trailer and release date

With even more challenging bosses, the expansion of Elden Ring, Shadow of the Erdtree, releases in June 2024

After a long period teasing fans with tidbits about the development of Elden Ring’s expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, FromSoftware and Bandai Namco have revealed that the new content will arrive on June 21, 2024.

The studio released an epic trailer with more details than fans can expect from the gameplay. And I can already hint: if you thought Elden Ring was challenging, the new DLC promises even more formidable bosses and an exciting new story for the players.

The released material brings breathtaking images of the soulslike, a feast for genre lovers. And it seems that the DLC story will be centered around Miquella, the “sibling” of Malenia.

It appears that FromSoftware didn’t promise anything and is set to deliver EVERYTHING with the new content. For those eager to get their hands on it, the expansion’s pre-order is already available on all platforms where it will be launched.
