Helldivers 2: server capacity increases to 700,000
The number of simultaneous players continues to grow
Arrowhead continues to implement improvements in Helldivers 2 and has released a new patch for PS5 and PC. According to the studio, server capacity has been increased to handle a larger number of simultaneous players.

Not only concerned with connectivity in the search for matches and during action, the developer identified a bug capable of freezing the game during cinematics for a longer period than expected.
The confirmation of the new number of simultaneously supported players by the servers came from Johan Pilestedt, CEO of Arrowhead, on social media. From his tone, the maximum capacity is expected to be reached soon, and this has been a concern behind the scenes.

I have one final update for tonight. We have updated the max CCU cap to 700,000. Unfortunately, we expect the CCU to reach that level. We believe that the wait times will be much more bearable.
