Skate will be available on Steam

Console playtests are coming this year

Skate fans have been waiting for more than a decade for the new game, but, it looks like that we aren’t going to wait much more.

According to a new post on the game’s official Twitter account, Skate will be released on Steam, remembering that console playtests will start later this year.

With this new informations, fans started speculating that the new Skate sequel could launch in late 2024 or early 2025.

Recently Insider Gaming reported that Skate will have a six-week playtest for PC, delivered via the EA app, beggining on February 8th.

More leaks have appeared, including game artwork and a reconstructed version of the Skate map.

The development of the game seems to be on the right track and it is expected to have more information in the near future.
